Purpose

This page explains how personal information may be encountered through the website in the context of South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It is not a substitute for Omame Investments’ internal PAIA/POPIA documentation or legal advice.

Website enquiries

The delivered website does not store enquiry-form data. The brief builder opens your local email application, and no information is submitted to a hidden website database.

Data minimisation

Visitors should provide only information reasonably necessary for Omame to understand and respond to a business enquiry. Sensitive personal information should not be included unless it is necessary and an appropriate channel has been agreed.
